Tips and Tricks

  • Postage is always estimated – Postage cannot be finalized until mailing is dropped off at the post office. Always make this clear to clients when quoting.

  • If a list is being provided by the client for addressing, make sure all information needed is sorted out in the correct columns. (First, Last, Address, City, State, Zip)

  • Mailings 200 pieces or under with a list of addresses will not be ran through NCOA as the quantity is too low for bulk mail postage – and then would use stamps for mailing

  • Is your client a non-profit? If so please make sure to let your team know so we can ensure accurate postage cost at time of mailing.

  • Reference EDDM Quick Reference Guide when trying to determine sizing on what can or cannot be an EDDM
